To read ourselves, usually we position ourselves as lower trigram :

so in the 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝟏: upper trigram becomes Wealth but in the 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝟐 : upper trigram become Influence.

1.  Imagine Lord of the Ring movie....we need to emphasize the importance of cooperation and working togetther to achieve more significant outcome


2. To lead we need to build the trust, honesty, transparency, reliability, and respect  even in differences.


3. Throw away selfishness and become "universe" attitude


4. Be balance on giving and taking.


5. Resolve conflict wisely, focus on how to resolve rather than blame each other. Find the common ground.


6. Trust on the Universe way, the road shown maybe not a smooth one but it may be can enrich our experiences before arriving where we ahould be.

Be aware of having migraine, nerve pain, low or high blood pressure swallen and tired eye -- do eye exercise more, have a 15 mins rest when we are working with computer, phone, or other electronic devices., constipation, inflammatory bowel disease.

1. Be mindful of what you have and you can access currently. Adopt the principle of " LESS IS MORE"


2. When we are in the " excess" situation, we have the tendency to feel complacent, arrogance, and careless. To avoid this, we need to understand how to maintain  our humility. Think of yourself less.


3. Share what you know and have, by sharing, we can light our own patb as well.


4. Embrace and adapt with the change.


5. Have a self discipline and gratitude feeling


6. Trust your feeling at very deeper level so you can respond things wisely - if you need "solitude" time so you can filter the information and see things better, just do it.
