In a situation where your resources are limited, you need to embrace patience and appreciate on every small progress to that you have achieved.

As you are able to accumulate and progress, be mindful of your action and decision-making. Stay humble, treat everyone like you want to be treated, don't be greedy and selfish.

Then when you already have the access to all resources, don't keep it to yourself, sharing is caring, and the happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more.

Have a moderate exercise [ cam try on pelvic floor muscle exercise, yoga, qigong, body tapping exercise, etc] do not force yourself, pay attention on your body's signal

Have a balanced food and nutrition

Exercise the 4-7-8 breathing method to help you become more relax, release tension and help to reduce migraine attack.
