29 JANUARY'S AFFIRMATION

𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬 : 𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗢

In our Life, we often encounter experiences that leave a profound impact on us, both positive and negative. However, it's the negative experiences that tend to linger, weighing down our spirits and clouding our minds. This is where the art of letting go becomes essential.

It's not about denying or suppressing emotions but recognizing them as transient phases. It's an acknowledgment that our negative experiences or feelings are not permanent fixtures in our lives.

The step by step to reach this by

1. practising MINDFULNESS : the practice of being fully present in the moment, aware of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment.

2.sharpening our focus by CONCENTRATE : through concentration, we train our minds to focus on a single point of reference – perhaps our breath, a mantra, or a visual object.

Letting go is a process, not a one-time event. It requires patience, practice, and persistence.
